Nominations Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the participation in the air cargo industry awards (“the Awards”) organised by Azura International, a UK-based media company. By submitting an entry, participants agree to comply with and be bound by these T&Cs.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to companies active in the air cargo industry. Entries must be submitted within the specified deadline and meet the criteria outlined on the official Awards webpage. Azura International reserves the right to exclude companies from certain awards or categories if their submission does not meet the required criteria. In such cases, the company will be informed accordingly.

3. Submission Criteria

Participants are required to submit a document that provides details about their company’s performance in accordance with the provided criteria. The document must be submitted in the specified format and must be accurate, truthful, and complete. All details for submission will be available on the official Awards webpage.

4. Selection Process

The selection of nominees will be conducted by an independent jury appointed by Azura International. The jury’s decision is final and not subject to appeal. Nominees’ documents will be published on our website for public voting in the second round.

5. Public Voting

Nominees’ submissions will be made public on the official Awards webpage for the audience to vote. Azura International reserves the right to monitor and moderate the voting process to ensure fairness. Any fraudulent or unethical behaviour detected during voting may result in disqualification. Only votes from the industry count and people can not vote for their own employer.

6. Changes to the Event

Azura International reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any aspect of the Awards or the final event for organisational, technical, or other reasons. Participants will be informed promptly of any significant changes.

7. Use of Data and Information

By submitting an entry, participants consent to the publication of their submissions on Azura International’s or any of its brand’s website for the purposes of the Awards, including public voting and promotion. Participants also grant Azura International the right to use the information provided in the entry for marketing and promotional purposes, without further consent or compensation.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Azura International is committed to protecting participants’ personal data in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Any sensitive information submitted that is not intended for public display will be handled with strict confidentiality.

9. Waiver of Liability

Participants agree that Azura International, its employees, or representatives are not liable for any loss or damage that may arise in connection with participation in the Awards or related events, including but not limited to technical issues, changes in the event, or misuse of publicly available information.

10. Disqualification

Azura International reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these T&Cs or provides false or misleading information. In the event of disqualification, the participant may be barred from future participation in the Awards.

11. Intellectual Property

Participants retain ownership of any intellectual property contained in their submissions. However, participants grant Azura International a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and distribute their submissions for the purposes of promoting and conducting the Awards.

12. General Provisions

  • These T&Cs may be amended by Azura International at any time to ensure the smooth organisation and operation of the Awards.
  • Any disputes arising from participation in the Awards will be governed by the appointed jury or in case of no agreement, by UK law. Participants agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
