She most recently served as Executive Vice President, Cargo at WestJet, where she built and scaled the airline’s cargo business and led its strategic transformation. Prior to joining WestJet, Kirsten held the position of Senior vice president, cargo sales and network planning at Qatar Airways Cargo, one of the world’s largest and most influential cargo operators. Her earlier career also includes key commercial positions within other major international airlines, contributing to her deep expertise in cargo strategy, revenue management, and operational excellence.
