Criteria for entry and judging

Open To: Any GSSA exceeding the criteria for regional handler.
1 Sales Performance: The GSSA’s ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for the airlines they represent.
2 Market Knowledge and Strategy: Deep understanding of the air cargo market, including trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, enabling the GSSA to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
3 Customer Relationship Management: Strong relationships with customers, characterised by high levels of satisfaction, responsiveness, and tailored solutions that meet specific needs.
4 Operational Excellence: Efficient management of bookings, space allocation, and other operational tasks, ensuring smooth and reliable service for both airlines and customers.
5 Technological Integration: Use of advanced technology to enhance sales processes, track performance, and provide transparent reporting to airline partners.
