3 Customer Relationship Management: Strong relationships with customers, characterised by high levels of satisfaction, responsiveness, and tailored solutions that meet specific needs.
4 Operational Excellence: Efficient management of bookings, space allocation, and other operational tasks, ensuring smooth and reliable service for both airlines and customers.
