3 Safety and Security: Adherence to the highest standards of safety and security, including compliance with international regulations and effective risk management practices.
4 Customer Satisfaction: Consistent positive feedback from clients regarding the quality of service, communication, and reliability of the terminal operations, skills and training of staff.
5 Infrastructure and Facilities: The quality, modernity, and maintenance of the terminal's physical infrastructure, including storage facilities, equipment, and accessibility for different types of cargo.
