3	Technological Innovation: Use of advanced technology for cargo management, including automated systems, real-time tracking, and digital platforms that streamline operations.
4	Sustainability Initiatives: Commitment to reducing environmental impact through sustainable practices, such as energy-efficient operations, waste reduction, and green infrastructure.
5	Customer Service and Satisfaction: High levels of satisfaction among airlines, freight forwarders, and cargo handlers regarding the airport’s services, support, and responsiveness.
