Criteria for entry and judging

Open To:	Any person can be selected - no nominations by industry
1	Leadership and Vision: Demonstrated leadership and forward-thinking vision that has positively influenced the industry’s direction, growth, or strategic development.
2	Industry Advocacy: Active advocacy and promotion of the air cargo industry, including efforts to enhance its reputation, raise awareness, or address industry challenges.
3	Mentorship and Development: Commitment to mentoring and developing talent within the industry, fostering the growth of future leaders and professionals.
4	Positive Influence: The individual’s overall positive influence on the industry’s culture, practices, and community, contributing to a more dynamic, responsive, and progressive air cargo sector.
5	Collaboration and Partnerships: Efforts in fostering strong collaborations and partnerships within the industry, enhancing cooperation and collective progress.
